My Story
Greg Cumings grew up in Winchester, Massachusetts, and earned his degree in Business from Boston University. He spent four years living in Tokyo, Japan, where he practiced karate and taught English. Today, Greg continues his involvement in martial arts by teaching karate at MIT.
With more than 20 years in Massachusetts real estate and hundreds of transactions, Greg brings experience from several sides of the business. For 15 years, he owned and operated his own real estate brokerage. His experience also includes residential and commercial property development and hands-on property management, giving him a practical understanding of real estate that extends beyond the typical brokerage transaction.
Today, as a Massachusetts Real Estate Broker with Prevu Real Estate, Greg represents buyers and sellers with an emphasis on sound advice, skilled negotiation and exceptional value. His professional development includes Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation.
Greg also serves on the board of his local business partnership and is a Massachusetts Notary Public.
